Becoming a member of VEEM
Membership of VEEM is valid from September 1 to August 31 and costs €25 per person (€45 for a couple / family). There is an additional participation fee of €10 per term for each registration for a workshop. These fees contribute to the cost of equipment, insurance and travel costs of the teachers.
The simplest and most effective way is to call in to the VEEM office on a Tuesday morning. That way we can answer any questions you may have.
If you plan to attend any workshops, please indicate your preference on the form and include the costs for these in your payment. If you want to attend a language workshop, we also recommend you to contact our coordinator, Derek Whiting at firstname.lastname@example.org to discuss it.
To download the membership form, click on the link below. You can complete the form (one form per person) either on the computer or by hand, writing clearly in block capitals.
If you use the downloaded form, you can:
- Bring it in person to the VEEM office on Tuesdays (10:00 to 11:30)
- Post it to the VEEM office (22 av. of Béziers, 34210 Olonzac) or deliver it by hand to our letter box. Please make sure you include a note of what the payment is for (e.g. 'Family membership + French Weds 14.00', 'Jardin 12 Oct', 'Narbonne trip').
To pay your fees
You can pay fees for your membership and your participation in workshops and other activities:
- By a cheque drawn on a French bank account - at the office on Tuesdays or by post
- If other means are not available, a cash payment is possible (but only in the VEEM office during the Tuesday opening hours).
